I don’t know
why but every time I want to edit a photo I always try black and white filter.
There is something so nice and cool about b&w that makes photos
vintage/classic looking. It has an effect on the person looking at it. When you
use b&w effect to photos with people in it, it gives a unique vibe and a
little rock and roll feeling.
In nature
shots we rarely use this filter because the beauty in nature is colors and the
energy it gives, but sometimes it makes a photo even more beautiful.
This is the
before (no filter) and after (b&w) photo of a daisy and a fly. Notice the
difference and how the b&w photo let the details of the flower show up and it
cancelled the background to even focus more on the thing we are taking a
picture of.
